How to Care for Your Wick

Before each burn, trim your wooden wick to approximately 1/8–1/4 inch, removing any loose or charred wood.

On the first burn, allow the melted wax to reach close to the edges of the container to help promote an even burn throughout the life of your candle.

For the best performance, keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, and other debris.

Candle Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and anything that can catch fire.

Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface before lighting. Do not move the candle while the wax is melted or the container is hot.

Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
